Hello, I'm Sandeep.
I'm Sandeep Shanu — a technology leader with nearly two decades of building software, currently a Technical Lead at the Virginia State Corporation Commission. By day I lead teams and architect solutions; by night this site is my workshop window.
Behind every card above is a real need from my own life — kids who wanted a game of their own, a family business that needed a storefront, a workout log that fit how I actually train. I love the whole craft: sketching the idea, designing the interface, writing the code, and running it on my own server. Lately I'm deep into AI engineering and agentic systems — most of these projects were built side by side with AI tools, and that frontier is the most fun I've had in tech since my first "Hello, World."
When I'm not shipping side projects, I'm probably photographing something, cooking something, or explaining to my kids why the next feature ships "after one more test."
